Its location just a short stroll away from Second House Museum was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice. The room was nice modern and nicely decorated and featured central heating, television and a mini-refrigerator.

It looked clean. A coffee maker and small fridge was available. Walk across the street to the beach and a block or two to the town.
Well it was not at the address stated it was a motel that was renovated. The air conditioner was extremely loud and the bathroom dated. The bed not that comfortable. They say Spa hotel and then send you to the motel. For 285 a night I expected better. No phone in the room for a wake up call no ice bucket/ machine and no pool that was in the pictures. They should state that they have 2 different places with the same name and let people know it can be the motel they might end up at.

Eco, friendly hotel with fairly clean rooms the eco, friendly hotel at Sole East Beach in Montauk offers fairly clean rooms with carpeted and new, fashioned rooms on their couch. the super, friendly and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay. Situated conveniently close to the town center, guests are within easy reach of many good restaurants and the beach , a perfect spot for breakfast or dining out.

Some basic amenities were missing, I.E., enough lighting for reading, toilet paper holder, hooks and shelves in bathroom, hair dryer.

The location was great. Next to downtown, next to the beach. It looks nice for outside. Rooms look nice . Bathroom needs renovation.
Bathroom in the lobby to use before check in was used by the staff. Full of personal items and in terrible conditions.

Amazing and excellent location just a couple of blocks away from Alligator Alley. Good modern room for the comfort of knowing it's clean. Smooth check-in, parking available on site.

The location was central. One could walk to beach and all the restaurants on main street. Bed and linens were very comfortable.
Shower had low water pressure. Internet connection not strong enough for use. Bring your own blow dryer.
